F1 fingerprint reader controller is a kind of fingerprint recognition device for door access system. The reading function transmits verified fingerprint information to access controller by the format of Wiegand26. The access controller determines legitimacy of the data and acts accordingly. The working principle is similar to common ID/IC card reader and they are completely compatible.

The standard output of F1 fingerprint controller makes it compatible to almost all Wiegand26 access controllers in the market. It can also be directly fitted with electronic locks. The result of fingerprint analysis is output by Wiegand signal from the reader, and there is also a relay output, allowing direct control of electronic lock with outside power supply. This fingerprint recognition device has found the widest application in the door access control sector.
