DT32/16 elevator controller

Proximity smart card elevator management system is a computer information technology in the modern company integrated management and automation control. Controller does not require wiring communication with computer because the smart mifare card is used in this system, the access authorization of user is stored in the mfare smart card. This product adopts original Philips chip, working stably, with humanized design whose function is outstanding and easy installation , operation and maintenance can be achieved.

A, System components designed for elevator of 32 Floors
1, elevator control panel : 1 PCs

A 32 floors elevator controller includes one main panel and one expanded board.
The main board controls 16 floors and by adding other one expanded interface board, the system can manage total 32 floors.

2, card reader: 1PCs

The card reader is connected to main board and reads card information and transmitted to main board, the reader can be Mifare smart card reader only or with keypad for inputting password for different floor.

3, Encoder : 1Pcs

Encoder is connected with PC USB interface to configurate the master card or user card.

4, User card (each user should with one user card)

The system works with Mifare one card compulsively

5, computer 1 Pcs

The PC should with USB interface and also RS232 interface, USB interface is for encoder and RS232 interface is for communication between controllers

6, power supply 2 PCs

Power supply for main board:  output DC12V @ 3A, 
Floor status switch board power supply: output is 12V DC 1A.

Elevator board function introduction:
• system does not need wiring networking network, all authorization is done by write data into card, such as effective date , time to be used etc.
• directly to the user floor by card or by input floor number from keypad
• work with special wiegand reader, the distance between reader and main board can be 50 meters, main board support built-in reading card module, external reading card antenna.
• Support external password keyboard reader, one floor to a password, and convenient for temporary guest to use.
• no limitation of user capacity, and 8000 blacklist.
• Validity can be set any date, carding most times more than 65,000 times.
• user may enter any elevators, and floor
• Code switch Settings controller address, range from 1 to 32.
• Single and double way, road, set auxiliary relays, flexible Settings, button switches have much bus line is also applicable.

DT16 main board controls max. 16 floors, DT32 is with one more expanded board and it is for 32 floors.
Main board is installed at in elevator car top or behind keypad plate.
